Canon’s newest HDSLR release is the redesigned 5D Mark III, the replacement for the 5D Mark II. It boasts a full-frame 22.3MP fully redesigned sensor and DIGIC 5+ Image Processor. Other notable upgrades to the new camera include 61-Point high density auto focus, full HD 1080p (30p, 25p, 24p) and 720p (60p, 50p) movie formats, built-in high dynamic range functions, and continuous shooting up to 6.0 frames per second. The 5D Mark III has a rock solid magnesium-alloy body, newly added dual Compact Flash and SD memory card slots, and an extended ISO range from 50-102400.
